Nebraska is a state located in the Midwestern United States. It is bordered by South Dakota to the north, Iowa and Missouri to the east, Kansas and Colorado to the south, and Wyoming and Colorado to the west. With a population of 1.9 million, Nebraska is the 37th most populous state in the U.S. The state capital and largest city is Lincoln. Nebraska is home to the largest indoor desert in North America and the largest free cacti-garden in the world. Its landscape consists of prairies, rolling hills, and both woodlands and restorable wetlands. The economy is centered around agriculture, insurance, finance, and health care.
